How does the delivery process work?

  • Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
  • After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
  • Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • International Shipping – International clients do not pay import duties levied by their government to Sceptre. Clients will have to pay the customs duty to the courier provider in order to receive the product.

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
  • You can track the status of your package 7 Days after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • We usually dispatch most orders within 1-7 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Though, we keep most of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products are manufactured on Pay-to-Order basis so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products.

My order will be shipped in multiple shipment. What does this mean?

This means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/CoD charge if applicable, only on the first package you receive.

CANCELLATION, RETURNS & EXCHANGE

  1. An order placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or exchanged.
  2. You are entitled to a 100% replacement of order in case your order instructions have not been followed with, or you have received a defective product. . If Your order includes multiple items, partial replacement of the required items is also possible. If purchase of the Product is made under a special promotional offer or any special scheme, special rules may not apply for replacement.
  3. Replacement process must be initiated within 24 hours from the time of receipt of order by the User. The Product must be in an unused state before seeking a for a replacement and should be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or invoice issued at the time of sale of the Product.
  4. Any request for replacement will be accepted only after inspection of the Product. Once the replacement request is placed with the customer service, the logistics partner will arrange for a pickup of the Product from the address provided at the time of placing the order. Once the Product is received, it takes about 30 working days for inspection team to confirm on the replacement. On confirmation of the genuine need for replacement of the Product, we shall replace the desired Product with the User.

  6. There shall be no refund of money tendered for products/services on the SCEPTRE Platform however, in case of any defect in the product, the same shall be replaced after due inspection from SCEPTRE.
